The Search Committee has finished its work on the Parish Portfolio. The document was presented to the Vestry and approved. The next step was to submit it to the Diocese for the Bishop’s approval and finally posting to the Diocese website. The Portfolio has been approved and is now posted.
The committee is now working to put together the Parish Profile. This document is intended to be a short “Sales Brochure” for the parish. It is intended to give a brief idea of who we are, our community and our diocese. Once completed, this will also be posted on the diocese website.
As I’m sure you know by now, Ken and Kris Fuhr are moving to Georgia to be nearer to family. His experience and wisdom on the committee will be sorely missed! Alice Moss has agreed to join the committee as Ken’s replacement. She also brings a wealth of experience and wisdom to the effort.
Please keep our search committee and vestry in your prayers as we navigate our way through these next important steps in the process.
